If you're wondering why ... I suspect most of these names along the lines of "Young Suk Wang Wang = Youth tend to suck the name in another country and not Give AF *** About the English at the time. Although only a hypothesis.

Indian, Japanese, Kazakh, Filipinos and Saudis are also in Asia, and their names do not sound English.
