How Do I Make Home-Made Applesauce? - home canning applesauce

I have many apples are ready for applesauce!
But .. How? And how can other fruits like bananas?

INGREDIENTS
4 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
3 / 4 cup water
1 / 4 cup white sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon



NOTES
In a saucepan, combine apples, water, sugar and cinnamon. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until apples are soft. Cool, then puree with a fork or potato masher.

INGREDIENTS
2 large tart apples, peeled and sliced
3 tablespoons sugar
1 / 4 c. Cinnamon Tea
1 / 4 c. Tea-Vanilla extract


NOTES
Place apples in a greased 1-qt. Casserole dish. In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and vanilla and mix well. Sprinkle over apples. Cover and bake soft at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until apples are. Uncover and mash with a fork. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS
8 mMIDDLE tart apple, peeled and quartered
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 / 4 cup red cinnamon candy


NOTES

Easiest way to do this is to peel and core apples and cut them into about 1 "pieces. Put them in a large pot and add the juice (you can use too much water, apple juice, but it makes it sweeter) - about 1 cup juice of 4 or less. If this is done in the past, came out great. Peel and core apples, cut thick. Place in a saucepan with a little cinnamon sugar and water. Simmer until it breaks with a spoon and start a spoonful of the mixture of blocks. Add a small amount of butter, a tea c. torque and can continue to simmer for about 10 minutes. Get into a container and refrigerate .

This is the best thing to do. Just cut your apples, put them in a pot with enough water to the bottom of the pan covered. Mix and cook until it resembles applesauce. I would not add the banana, too much difference. You can add sugar or not, better not. Some, such as a touch of cinnamon. Everything is a matter of taste.
