My stomach makes weird noises all of the time, what could this be? - when i lay on my back my stomach makes noises
This often happens when I am on my left side, but seems to deteriorate.

Stomach Everyone always brings the noise (it is healthy, that is). Our gastrointestinal tract is constantly stimulate feeding when the stomach and intestine is called peristalsis something (it is a natural wave, as in motion). This creates bowel sounds. Some people have bowel sounds faster than others. They are not usually heard without a stethoscope, as the food in general, which dampens the noise. If you do not eat for a while, everything is moved through the digestive system air, which can be very high. Lying on the left side facilitates digestion (food flows naturally when you turn to the left), so we most often hear when you are on the left side. That sound you hear is simply a natural process that occurs in the body and is an indicator that your intestines do their job!

Maybe you were just hungry. Have you eaten? or perhaps they have their gas, but even if the noise is no reason to take the exam. :)
